From 28 - 30 November 2023, it was once again possible to immerse oneself in the world of IREKS malts – at the international trade fair for the production and marketing of beverages, BrauBeviale, in Nuremberg.

It was finally that time of year again: the brewing industry met at THE trade fair for the beverage industry in Nuremberg. The new fair slogan, “Das Wir verbindet Vielfalt” (loosely translated: Togetherness leads to diversity), guided visitors through the entire programme, reflecting a core aspect of the fair: only when many in the industry come together in one place can the sense of unity that characterises BrauBeviale be created.

BrauBeviale stands for the combination of tradition and many years of experience with inspiration and the latest trends – both on a regional and global level. It offered exhibitors and trade fair guests from over 135 countries a platform to jointly provide impetus for the entire beverage industry.

We were able to welcome numerous national and international guests to the IREKS stand, who were not only able to familiarise themselves with our wide range of base and speciality malts, but also find out what makes IREKS malts so unique! In addition to many new faces, we were also delighted to have the opportunity to engage in intensive dialogue with long-standing customers. Among other things, grain qualities of the 2023 harvest and the corresponding malt qualities were discussed.

The spacious and open IREKS stand, including the opportunity to taste our malts on site, was just as well received by visitors as the “Lina” spelt beer brewed exclusively for the fair, which of course was not to be missed during the many expert discussions!
