We constantly put our corporate processes to the test. In doing so, we do not only measure by our own standards. A wide range of international certifications reflects the ongoing work within the framework of our comprehensive quality management system.
The “Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points” (HACCP) method records and describes all measures for systematic and risk-conscious quality control in every processing stage. At IREKS, the HACCP concept for the manufacture of our products came into force in 1996.
FSSC is short for “Food Safety System Certification” and is based on the international standard ISO 22000. Our food safety management system for the production of baking ingredients and malts has been certified for many years in accordance with recognised and valid food safety standards of the Global Food Safety Initiative.
Our energy management system is certified according to ISO 50001. It forms the basis for efficient energy consumption as well as a continuous improvement process ecompassing all divisions of our company.
IREKS organic quality is officially proven by certification from an independent organic inspection body (DE-ÖKO-001). Our organic products are manufactured in accordance with the strict requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848. For many years, IREKS has offered a specific portfolio with malt products in organic quality. This trend gives breweries the opportunity to win new customer groups, expand ties with existing clients and outperform competition through special products.
We happily provide you with these and other product- or country-specific certifications on request. Furthermore, the high standards we set for ourselves are laid down in our business policy. This forms the basis for our daily work.
