Our food safety management system for the production of baking ingredients and malts has been certified for many years in accordance with recognised and valid food safety standards of the Global Food Safety Initiative.
The IREKS quality management system has been certified according to ISO 9001 since 1995. It comprises the development, production and distribution of baking ingredients and malts for brewing.
Our energy management system is certified according to ISO 50001. It forms the basis for efficient energy consumption as well as a continuous improvement process ecompassing all divisions of our company.
IREKS organic quality is officially proven by certification from an independent organic inspection body (DE-ÖKO-001). Our organic products are manufactured in accordance with the strict requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848. For many years, IREKS has offered a specific portfolio with malt products in organic quality. This trend gives breweries the opportunity to win new customer groups, expand ties with existing clients and outperform competition through special products.
